Of course they didn't cancel school. My kids went late so they could play in the snow. I can't wait to see their reactions when we live where there is more than a 1/4 inch of snow!!!! Mya loved the snow and didn't want to come in.
Wow! What a great idea - for them to be late to school so they could play in it! Was it on purpose or were you just running late anyway? It all happened during our trip to school and my trip home. We missed our chance to play in it! I wish we'd get enough for our kids to sled! Yours will be able to soon!!
